How to raise a grievance
- Email the Grievance Officer, or write to the address above.
- Include your name, contact details, the programme or batch, the payment or enrolment reference if any, a description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking.
- Data protection requests (access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, nomination) can be raised the same way.
Timelines
- Acknowledgement within 48 hours (2 business days), with a reference number.
- Resolution within 30 days of receipt. If we need more information, we will tell you what we need and the clock pauses until we receive it.
- If a matter is complex, we will update you before the 30 days run out with the reason and a revised date.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, reply to the same email asking for escalation; a director of the company will review the matter within 15 days. For personal data matters, after using this process you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India. Nothing here limits your other rights under Indian law.
